Order Processing & Refund Terms
Ensure that all order details are provided clearly and completely when placing an order. The company will reject any submission that contains missing information.
The payment method must be accessible to the company. If a payment method seems suspicious, the company will not accept it.
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
Customers are required to pay a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance must be settled before the final submission.
Customers can cancel their order after it has started processing; however, an 18% service charge will be deducted.
Customers may request a refund if the company fails to submit the work on time. Additionally, if the work provided does not meet acceptable standards and the customer fails, they are eligible for a refund.
The refund process takes between 3 to 5 business days.
Customers can request initial drafts or writer's notes during crafting. They can also request unlimited free revisions until they are satisfied with the quality of the work.
For online exams, customers must pay the total amount upfront. Orders will not be processed if payment is not received.
Payments made for online exams are non-refundable.
